Wife wants £200 million of husbands fortune in divorce settlement?
A couple that have been married for only 14 years and have 2 children are divorcing. Her husband has an alleged fortune of £400 million that he has made through property/investments.
The wife now wants half. Does this seem fair to you because the wife has not made the money? She has had 2 children with him, but that isn’t a unique talent for a woman.
The divorce laws in this country are so unfair to men.

It should be half of the assets accrued during marriage. If he made $399 million prior to marriage and during the course of the 14 yrs of marriage he made $1 million. Her share would be 50% of that.
Oh yes, she should also share his debt. Good luck with that!
Also, homemakers need to look at the million other women who have kids and have full time jobs too. So don’t freaking paint yourselves as martyrs!. You CHOSE the role you are in. You are not enabling the man to do anything.
Cooking, cleaning are all dispensable activities that you can get hired help for.
