Real estate investment in India, is it risky now?
I am thinking to invest in Indian real estate market.
Just wondering if it is risky as everybody talking about recession or economy slowdown, any thoughts?
Also if somebody could suggest me some good India property sites, their views, what should be I aware of and their experiences.
Thanks.
indianrealestateforum.com seems to be popular site.
As for investing in Indian real estate or any real estate, for that matter… In my view, if you just want to buy a home, or even a few houses to live in/rent out. Then I don’t see any dis-advantages long-term. But if you’re into speculation and short term investing. Right now, I would put money into other things, such as precious metals.
