The direct purchase of shares?

I have little appreciation and barclyas sharecentre Tesco. But I do not receive any communication Tesco Barclays directly or as a shareholder. If I want such a service, how do I buy shares?

These days, all shares are held in the accounts an agent "in the corridors … This allows thousands of actions carried out" electronically in a single account, but being "owned" thousands of customers …. and allows companies to send a series of documents to the agent instead of sending thousands of individual customer communication … If you want a direct communication must get your name in the register of shareholders .. This means (as you suggest) to buy shares directly from the Company (at least for a share offering dealing service = do nothing), instead of by a licensed broker (for shareholders who have large amounts to invest) to open their own candidates in this society. (In the old days, you can ask your agent a Certificate = real part is named in the register of actions, but I think that these days real-certificates not issued)
