Citizens buying Canadian taxidermy U.S. need … Please look?

Looking to buy a taxidermy Fox Hill which is U.S. and am currently living in British Columbia, Canada. I wonder if you need any license to possess this skin (not sell) and wanted my package to come through quarantine or shipment safely. Has anyone taxidermy items purchased outside of Canada, with this knowledge? Can you share your experience? I do not want to get into problems with customs, but can not find anything online relationship directly from skin possession (only selling it as I do not want) to know that wolves, lynx, labels, etc. but I have been citing that other common animals such as foxes and small did not need those things.
