Mortgages and Loans for Dummies?
Hello, I'm currently moving jobs in a mortgage company, investment and side of banking to mortgages and subprime loans. I'm in my early 20's so have not even considered getting a mortgage or even my own place however, so my knowledge on the subject is rather limited (well it was not necessary to have an interview follows: Q) Can anyone give me a brief tour by the terms and items that are expected to find, so I know what to look to do more research before I move on Monday. If it helps, I'm in the UK and my role will focus more on property assessments. Thanks for any help!
